Site Terms

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These terms apply to your use of stoneywoodpublishing.com, which is operated by Nedra M Cobb, doing business as Stoneywood Publishing in Kentucky (“Stoneywood Publishing,” “we” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. Questions: info@stoneywoodpublishing.com.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access or misuse its forms, for example by sending spam or harmful content.

Our content

Text, book covers, illustrations, trailers and other materials on this site are provided for your personal viewing. Applicable intellectual-property rights in these materials are reserved to their respective owners. You may view them, share links to our pages and make any other use the law allows. For other uses, including reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use, visit our Press & Rights page or email info@stoneywoodpublishing.com.

Prices, availability and descriptions

We work to keep book descriptions, formats, prices and availability accurate, but they can change and errors can occur. The price and terms shown at checkout apply to your order. Please confirm the title, format, price and any shipping charges before you buy.

Print books (IngramSpark)

Paperbacks and hardcovers are sold, printed and shipped through IngramSpark’s online store. IngramSpark’s terms govern checkout, payment, shipping, delivery times, returns and refunds for those orders.

eBooks (Payhip)

eBooks are sold as EPUB downloads through Payhip, which processes payment and delivers your file.

Your eBook license. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial license to download the eBook and read it on your personal devices, and to let children in your household read it on theirs. This includes privately transferring the file to your own e-reader or reading app. You may not share or distribute the file outside your household, upload it to any public website or file-sharing service, or resell it. Nothing in this license limits uses permitted by law. For classroom, school or library licensing, email info@stoneywoodpublishing.com.

eBook refunds. If your eBook file is defective or will not download, email info@stoneywoodpublishing.com within 30 days of purchase. We will first help you restore access or send a working replacement file. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including rights that continue after 30 days. The same policy appears on each eBook’s Payhip product page before purchase.

Inquiries

Sending a rights, media, school, library or speaking inquiry does not create an agreement, reserve a date or grant a license. Any arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

This site links to services we do not control, including IngramSpark and Payhip. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
